Vyhodnocení vlivu orby a hloubkového kypření na strukturu porostu a výnos zrna pšenice
Pokorný, Vít
This thesis deals with the effect of plowing and subsoiling on the structure of the spring wheat crop and the quality of spring wheat grain, as well as the effect of these two technologies on soil compaction. The literature review briefly describes basic information about soil and soil compaction, as well as necessary information about the plow and subsoiler and necessary information about spring wheat. In the practical part of this thesis, undisturbed soil samples were taken and evaluated, and the penetrometric resistance of the soil was measured, before and after tillage using the monitored technologies. Compaction has not been found. However, it was confirmed that subsoiling has a positive effect on the soil physical properties, despite the fact that there was no improvement in pentrometric resistance and soil moisture. Furthermore, the condition and structure of the spring wheat crop were evaluated, the results showed that at first plowing was better but before harvest subsoiling showed better plant density, and finally the yield and quality of the wheat grain were evaluated and compared. Plowing also came out better from this, despite the fact that subsoilling achieved a better number of plants and ears per m2. The field experiment took place in Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou in the local part of Vacenovice.

The monitored indicators were amount of plants per m2, amount of tillers per m2, amount of ear per m2, amount of grain in the ear, weight of thousand grains, yield of individual varieties, content of nitrogen substances and sedimentation value.
The yield formation of spring wheat in depending on preceding crop
ŽÁČEK, Josef
This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the influence of three different pre-crops on the spring wheat growing in real conditions of a chosen agricultural business. In 2018, a pilot plant test was established on the property in KÚ Dolní Svince, č.p. 0802/23 with the total area of 13,19 ha. For the establishment of the pilot plant test, an area of 5 ha had been used, which, due to its position, occupied the area of all thre pre-crops (corn for silage, winter barley, winter triticale). During the vegetation period, the occurence of weeds had been monitored and the crop yield elements for all stages of all spring wheat had been evaluated. After the harvest, the real crop yield of the wheat had been evaluated and a final economical evaluation had been made. The average crop yield concerning the first option, (pre-crop corn for silage) reached the yield value of 5,65 t.ha-1 , which was a 0,42 t.ha-1 more than the second option (pre-crop winter barley), in which case the value of harvest was 5,23 t.ha-1. Concerning the third monitored option (pre-crop winter triticale), the harvest value was almost similar to the second option - 5,36 t.ha-1. The most suitable pre-crop for the highest harvest of spring wheat is corn for silage, which has reached the highest profit when compared to the other options. In spite of a less advantageous pre-crop, the third option reached the highest-quality of nitrogen and nitrogen compouns.
Vliv hustoty výsevu na výnos u vybraných odrůd jarních obilnin
ŠÍR, Josef
Bachelor thesis focuses on cereals and their significance, individual phases of basic soil treatment, creation of economic yield, weeds and chemical means to regulate them. The aim of the work is to extend knowledge about factors that affect the density of sowing of selected varieties of spring cereals. In order to determine the impact of different density of sowing on the elements of the yield structure of the following varieties of spring cereals - wheat Kabot, barley Manta, barley Kvorning, barley Vendela, oats Poseidon and oats Ozon was founded an attempt at the school farm of SOŠ zemědělská Tábor. During the growing season, the basic yield elements were evaluated on the plot of land - the number of plants per m2, the number of ears per m2. During vegetation, the presence of weeds in cultivated spring cereals was discovered. During harvesting, the yield of the various varieties of spring cereals was examined.
Vliv kvality osiva na polní vzcházivost a výnos pěstovaných obilnin.
KÁRNÍKOVÁ, Martina
The Bachelor thesis is focused on seed properties germination capacity, 1,000-grain weight, moisture in spring wheat Epos and Vánek and in spring barley Aktiv and Bojos. Laboratory tests were carried out in the analytical laboratory SEED TEST Planá nad Lužnicí. Samples for analyses were taken in ČSO Pacov and all parameters complied with requirements for certified seed. Each of the grain varieties from the same lot was sown in three fields owned by agricultural cooperatives and private farmers. Some basic yield components a number of plants per m2 and a number of ears per m2 were monitored and evaluated in the fields during the growing season. Yields from each field and 1,000-grain weight were determined after the harvest.
Assessment of the effectiveness of selected herbicides on weeds in crops of spring wheat
KAŠÍK, Ladislav
This thesis focuses on assessing the effectiveness of selected herbicides for spring wheat protection against most occurring dicotyledonous weeds. To verify the effectiveness of selected herbicides was small plot trial on the Farm Kašík, Blanné . The most frequent weeds were (Atriplex patula L., Capsella bursa - pastoris L., Stellaria media L., Thlaspi arvense L. and Tripleurospermum inodorum L.). In an attempt were applied four herbicides (MUSTANG FORTE, Sekator OD, Basagran Super , tank mix glean 75 WG + Dicopur M 750) at two different doses (the minimum and maximum doses recommended by the manufacturers). Effectiveness were evaluated in four measurements with the percentage of subjective estimation methods .
Yield formation of spring wheat
HOŠEK, Lukáš
The aim of my thesis is to assess the basic yield factors in the studied varieties of spring wheat. In the year 2013, there were in the framework of the test sown eight varieties (Brawura, Corso, Epos, Granny, Scirocco, Septima, Tercie and Vánek) at the land of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice. During the vegetation the number of plants, the number of sprouts and the number of spikes was recorded using a quarter tape. The data are in the results section and are converted to 1 m2. Additionally, the infestation by diseases, pests and overrunning with weeds was monitored. Before harvesting, the samples were taken for an evaluation of the number of grains per spike and HTZ. In the results section the main factors of the yield are statistically evaluated. These include the number of spikes, the number of grains per spike and HTZ. The study also evaluates the theoretical and the actual yield and the bulk density. The average number of ears in the varieties of spring wheat ranged from 411 (Corso) to 564 (Epos) ears per 1 m2. The number of grains per spike of individual varieties reached higher values, from 39,6 (Scirocco) to 57,8 (Corso). The average HTZ for the individual varieties was between 34,9 and 43,5 g. At finding of the real yield there were observed values from 3,4 t.ha-1 (Septima) to 4,5 t.ha-1 (Scirocco). The difference between the yield elements of were statistically significant all varieties.
Induction of suppressive soil by introduction of mycoparasitic fungi against important plant pathogens
STREJČKOVÁ, Monika
This M. Sc. thesis is based on using of mycoparasitic fungi Trichoderma virens, Clonostachys rosea f. catenulata in biological control against phytopathogenic fungi Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium solani. The efficacy of mycoparasitic fungi against pathogens was evaluated in dual cultural tests. The strains of T. virens and C. rosea f. catenulata isolated from soils in the Czech Republic were tested in the experiment. Reference strain was GL 21 fungus T. virens reisolated from commercially available bio-preparation SoilGard and strain C. rosea f. catenulata reisolated from Prestop Mix. All the strains were tested for biological and production properties. All strains are able to colonize the substrate and to suppress the growth and development of pathogens. Strain GL 21 of T. virens was used for seed coating of variety Scirocco in combination with products Guar gum and Carboxymethyl cellulose, which served as a carrier for stick on conidia. After 3 days, the effect of fungus T. virens was evaluated on energy of germination, development of roots of grain. The grain health was determined after 7 days. The fungus T. virens has a positive effect on the grains germination and grain health. During the vegetation the influence of seed coating by T. virens was observed on growth and development of spring wheat. The parameters such as number of plants per m2, tiller numbers, plants health, stand height, number of grains in the spike and thousand grain weight (TGW) were evaluated. During the vegetation the fungus T. virens has positive effect on the plant height.
